Safe & Efficient Thermal Performance for Your Project
Our insulated garage doors give you the controlled thermal resistance for your home. Automatic continuous foaming lines ensure uniform polyurethane (density:45-50kg/m³)/styrofoam(density:18-22kg/m³) injection that fully bonds to both steel skins, minimizing voids and thermal bridging. Typical R-values range from R-8~R-20+ while U-values range from 0.42~1.30, this shall help you deliver better energy efficiency and quieter operation to your customers.

Durable High-Carbon Steel for Professional Use
Insulated garage doors are made from high-quality carbon steel in 24–27 GA (0.35mm~0.60mm) thickness, these double-skin panels resist denting and deformation under normal operating loads. Combined with high-density foam cores, they provide the structural rigidity your installation and service teams
Flexible Joints, Styles & Colors Options
Insulated garage doors in American-style panel joints reduce heat transfer at section interfaces. European finger-proof and non-finger-proof joints improve safety and appearance. With varies style and color options. You can easily match different garage door window types; glass panels and aluminum-profile sections can be integrated for modern, light-transmitting designs that expand your product offering.

Customization, Packaging & Sales Support
KOP DOOR offers carton packaging for standard shipments and wooden crates for combined/mixed orders. Surface laser marking for your logos, private-label options and custom thicknesses are available. For insulated garage door we also supply market-adapted hardware box—mainly 8’*7’,9’*7’,16’*7’, 8’*8’,9’*8’,16’*8’ (Single & double door )so you can better support your market, improve installation efficiency and boost sales across different regions.
They are all insulated garage door panel center foams. Polyurethane is injected as liquid foam on automatic lines; it expands to fill the cavity completely, bonds chemically to both steel skins and delivers higher R-value per thickness (commonly R-12–R-18+) plus greater structural strength. Styrofoam (polystyrene board) is a pre-formed rigid foam inserted between the skins; it is lighter and more economical but generally offers a lower R-value range. Automatic foaming is our preferred production method for consistent quality and density control.
Steel gauge (24–27 GA(0.35mm-0.60mm) high-carbon steel) determines dent resistance and overall durability—lower gauge numbers mean thicker, stronger steel. Panel thickness (Amercian 2”/50 mm; European 1-9/16”/40 mm or 60–80 mm) directly affects insulation performance and weight per square meter . Matching thickness and gauge to door size, climate and load requirements ensures long service life and proper spring balancing for your installations.
No. Panel-center R-value only reflects foam-core performance only, excluding steel skins, panel joints, thermal bridges, windows and gasket air leakage. Do not simply convert R-value for full-door U-factor. European CE and tender projects require lab-tested full-door U data.
No, Un‑bonded styrofoam boards may leave internal gaps. Air gaps reduce actual insulation and raise condensation risk in cold areas. Polyurethane(PU) injected panels are the preferred option.
Properly manufactured panels will not blister under normal operating conditions. Blistering is caused by production defects, improper storage-transport, water ingress or harsh environmental exposure. Two main types exist: foam-core bulge and paint-surface blistering. If the blistering is not caused by improper storage, paint scratches or other human factors, we will compensate for it.
